Stylish reformed bar in Los Cristianos has become available for sale.

This bar was totally reformed in 2009 and is situated in a popular shopping centre in Los Cristianos near to many self catering tourist complexes. Although primarily a drinks bar it does benefit from a fully equipped stainless steel kitchen and there is considerable scope for a new owner to increase food sales for the premises.

There is a large L shape terrace that contributes to a seating capacity of 70 people inside and out. There are sattelite systems in place to watch all football and other major sporting events. The bar now has WI-FI. Evening entertainment is provided by karaoke, quizzes and bingo.
