Daytime beach bar overlooking the sea & beaches at Puerto Colon in Las Americas.

 The customers are predonominately tourists. The bar benefits from passing trade on the busy street as well as a walkway to and from the beach area.

 The terrace has fantastic views, and is split into 2 sections. The first picking up beach trade and the second the street trade. The opening hours at present are 10.00 to 6pm Mon-Fri and 10.00-3pm on Saturday. Closed Sundays. There is a lot of scope to open evenings and longer hours at  weekends. 

The Terrace areas seats 60 and a few tables inside. The food served at present is Breakfasts, hot snacks –burgers, jackets, salads, toasties. But again could be expanded more in the evenings with the menu.

The kitchen area is home appliances rather than commercial – Oven, grill, hot plates, micro and then display fridge, glass fronted fridge for drinks. 3 x ice cream freezers. No extractor fan.

Very small storage area. 2 customer toilets.
