COMMENT:
For many years it was impossible to get a formal licence to operate this bed and breakfast business and the business has been run on an informal basis. But local rules have now changed and the owner is confident that the buyer would easily obtain a licence for a rural bed and breakfast business, or ‘casa rural’ as it is known here. The owner will assist the buyer with the licence application.
