Pablo's Pool Bar, Yucca Park, Fañabe
Having been in the premises for just a year, Paul and Pauline of Pablo's Poolside Bar in Yucca Park have already built a loyal band of regular and returning clients.
Perhaps it is the tasty menu of fabulous homemade food that includes dishes to please those who are most comfortable with familiar UK favourites as well as those who wish to try a few of the local specialities (like Canarian potatoes known locally as 'uglies').
Or maybe it is the motto which Paul and Pauline hold dear, "Arrive as strangers- depart as friends.", that keeps them coming back.
One thing is for sure, the first time you visit Pablo's Poolside Bar will not be the last.
